1. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about Aatral, its capabilities, products, services, industry experience, events, and business activities.
Website content is provided for general informational and business-evaluation purposes. It does not, by itself, constitute:

If you use the Website on behalf of a company, government body, institution, or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for that organisation and to bind it to these Terms where applicable.

5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Aatral and are protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws.
This includes, without limitation:

Aatral grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Website for lawful, internal, and non-commercial evaluation purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission, except for limited quotation or use expressly permitted by law.
No right, title, licence, or interest is granted by implication.
6. Trademarks and customer references
“Aatral” and associated names, logos, product names, visual identities, and marks are owned by Aatral or their respective rights holders.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship unless expressly stated.
Customer names, project references, outcomes, images, and case studies may be presented in summarised form and remain subject to applicable permissions, agreements, and confidentiality requirements.
7. Enquiries, submissions, and feedback
When you submit an enquiry, resume, project brief, document, feedback, suggestion, or other material, you represent that:
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you are authorised to provide it;
- it does not infringe another person’s rights; and
- our handling of it for the purpose of responding to you will not violate an obligation owed to another party.
General Website forms are not a secure channel for classified, highly confidential, sensitive, or proprietary material. Do not submit information that requires a non-disclosure agreement or special security controls unless Aatral has expressly agreed in writing to receive it through an approved channel.
You retain ownership of your submissions. You grant Aatral a limited right to store, review, reproduce, and use them as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate a potential relationship, operate the Website, comply with law, and protect our rights.
If you voluntarily provide general feedback or ideas without a separate written confidentiality or intellectual-property agreement, Aatral may use that feedback without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
8. Demonstrations, simulations, and technical content
Website demonstrations, sample simulations, videos, visualisations, performance statements, and use cases are illustrative. Actual functionality, appearance, accuracy, hardware compatibility, implementation effort, performance, outcomes, and availability may vary by customer environment, scope, configuration, data quality, device, software version, and contract.
Safety-training and simulation content is intended to support—not replace—approved site procedures, regulatory requirements, competent supervision, equipment manuals, formal certification, or practical training.
Do not rely on a Website demonstration to operate equipment, conduct maintenance, perform an inspection, make a safety decision, or carry out a mission-critical activity.
9. AI-assisted and automated features
The Website may make AI-assisted, chatbot, voice, recommendation, or automated features available.
Such features may produce incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate output. You are responsible for independently reviewing any output before relying on or acting upon it.
AI-assisted output does not constitute professional advice, an approved procedure, a contractual commitment, or a safety instruction. Do not enter classified information, trade secrets, sensitive personal data, or information you are not authorised to disclose.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue an automated feature at any time.
10. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to, display, or integrate third-party websites, maps, videos, social networks, analytics tools, recruitment platforms, or other services.
Aatral does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
A link does not necessarily indicate endorsement.
11. Website availability and changes
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from harmful components. We may perform maintenance, make design changes, remove outdated material, or limit access for security and operational reasons.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Aatral disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties relating to the Website, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and results.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but Website content may contain errors, omissions, preliminary information, or material that has become outdated.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aatral and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from or related to the Website.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, or operational availability, even if the possibility of such loss was known.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Aatral’s aggregate liability arising solely from your use of the Website will be limited to the greater of:
- the amount, if any, you paid specifically to access the Website during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- INR 5,000.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or another category that applicable law expressly protects.
Commercial products and services are subject to the liability provisions in the relevant written contract, not this Section.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aatral and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your unlawful use of the Website;
- your material breach of these Terms;
- information or material you submit without authority; or
- your infringement of another person’s rights.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Aatral’s own unlawful conduct.
15. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the Website are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that policy.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute forum available under applicable law, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith written communication.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our business, or applicable law.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Website after an update means that the revised Terms apply from their effective date.
18. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Aatral may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, sale of business, or transfer to an affiliate or successor.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement governing general use of the Website. Separate written commercial agreements continue to govern Aatral products, services, projects, licences, and customer relationships.
